Resort is multi-level, no elevator. May be difficult for members with a disability. Daily maid service. The front desk is located at the hotel lobby and is opened 24 hrs a day. Taxis are available 24 hours. Notify if late arrival is anticipated. Pets are not allowed. All members staying at any Resorts in the state of Guerrero, will have to pay an additional 2% state lodging tax.
