The resort has three stories and does not have an elevator. NO pets are allowed. Having a car is necessary to enjoy the area fully. If you are checking in anytime after 6 pm on the check-in day, please notify the resort in advance. All Hawaii resorts must charge a Weekly Occupancy Tax (TOT) for timeshare rooms. This tax is approximately US$22 for 1BR and US$26 for 2BR units to be collected by the resort. An energy surcharge of US$25 for a 1BR and US$30 for a 2BR per week is also collected at check-in by cash or credit card. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN UNITS. NOT ALL UNITS ARE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. RESORT DOES NOT HAVE DAILY MAID SERVICE. A deposit of US$50 is requried for the Gate Entry Passcard. All fees are subject to change.
