Guests also pay a weekly energy surcharge of US$35 on Jr. Suite/1BR and US$50 for 2BR. Resort provides golfcart shuttle beach service. Laundry facilities are available and dry- cleaning for a fee. A car is not necessary & no pets are allowed. U.S./Canadians will need proof of citizenship and a return/on- ward ticket to meet immigration requirements. Departure tax of US$15 charged at airport. Resort has 3 levels and no elevator! The interior of the villas is multilevel. There's construction ongoing next door to the resort. Guests can use the beach amenities of Paradise Island Beach Club.
