[updating] Each villa includes a TV, VCR and a full kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher, disposal and a washer/dryer. All villas are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. If you anticipate a late arrival, you must notify resort in advance at 808/742-1412. Late check-ins please look for instructions posted on the front office door. Proceed to arrival box to pick up key packet. The combination to lock #0502. Units are 1 and 2 story and nicely decorated. All villas have several stairs. The resort buildings have three or four floors and NO elevators. To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended. No pets are allowed at the resort. All Hawaii resorts are now non-smoking. All Hawaii resorts have a Transient Accommodations Tax for timeshare rooms. This tax will range from US$15 - US$35 per interval confirmed based on unit size and will be collected at check-in.
