[updating] The vacation condominiums at Lifetime in Hawaii at the Royal Kuhio are Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1 bath, 1 queen bed & 1 sleep sofa. All units have window air-conditioners, telephone, cable television, VCR, & feature a balcony. There are laundry facilities on the building's seventh floor. No pets are allowed. A car is not necessary to enjoy your vacation as there is a good public transportation system in Honolulu. After 5:00 pm, the security guard located in the lobby, will have all room keys. There is a US$75 refundable security deposit required upon check-in. Check-out time is 10 AM. All Hawaii resorts will charge a state Transient Accommodations Tax for timeshare rooms. This tax will range from US$15-20 per room confirmed & will be collected by the resort upon check-in. MasterCard & Visa are the only credit cards accepted. Check-in Suite at #2214.
