Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, a small refrigerator and microwave. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa and a full kitchen. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, varying bed structures and a fully equipped kitchen. Although only 35 miles from New York City, the resort is in a rural area. There is no public transportation to or from the resort. A car is necessary to enjoy the area or to visit NYC.
