[updating] Oceanfront units include a private balcony, air-conditioning, 3 color TVs, a DVD player, stereo system and full kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. Unit occupancy limit on your confirmation is strictly enforced. Please refer to your exchange confirmation for the maximum number of people that may occupy your unit based on the week you deposited. A US$200 fee is charged for each additional person over that occupancy. If you anticipate a late arrival, contact the resort in advance. There is a lock- box for late arrivals. No pets are allowed. A US$100 cash phone and damage deposit is required at check-in and is refunded within 2 weeks. Babysitting, parking garage and handicap facilities are available. Resort also has barbecue grills, picnic area and beach volleyball. MEMBER MAY EXCHANGE ONLY ONCE EVERY FOUR YEARS.
