Unit amenities include air-conditioning, a fireplace, whirlpool tub, television, washer/dryer and microwave oven. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Occupancy levels are strictly enforced. Check-in at the guardhouse. If arriving after 6:00 pm on Saturday or arriving on Sunday, your key will be left at the office of Village Vacations located at 249 Iroquis Dr./175 Spur. Please come to our office and enter the Suburban Improvement District's front door just to the left of our entryway. A key will be left in the foyer inside the Los Indios mail box. If you would like the telephone number of your assigned unit, contact the resort prior to your arrival. No pets allowed. No RVs on property. A car is recommended to enjoy the area. Fees are required to use off-site recreation facilities and to launch a boat at the marina.
