[updating] Each unit is air-conditioned. Units 9-12 are accessible only by stairs. There is NO elevator on site. Units 15-19 are TOWNHOUSES. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced - NO EXCEPTIONS. No pets are allowed. There are no phones in any of the units but there are public phones on site. 2BR unit #'s 9 - 12 Max 6/Pri 6 have full kitchens, 1 bath, 1 queen-2 Dbl beds-pull out sofa; 2BR unit #7 Max 6/Pri 6 has full kitchen, 1 bath, 1 Dbl bed - 1 queen bed - and sofa bed; 2BR units 15 - 19 Max 6/Pri 4 has full kitchen, 1.5 baths, 1 queen, 2 double beds & washer/dryer. No sleep sofa. Check-in hours are 3:00pm to 5:30pm EST. Check-out is 10:00 am. If arrival is going to be late, please call resort for check- in instructions. The beach on site is private. A security deposit of US$120.00 is required at check-in. Mastercard or Visa accepted. An energy surcharge of US$ 31.00 per week is to be paid by Master Card or Visa upon arrival. Some Cape Cod attractions are closed during the winter. A car is required to fully enjoy the area. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on site.
