[updating] All units at The Desert Isle of Palm Springs are air-conditioned and have a fireplace, 2 color cable televisions and a full kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1.7 baths, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 king beds and 1 sleep sofa. Starting 5/1/03 all units will be non-smoking units. Check-in at 4:00 PM at the front desk. Guests unable to check-in at the designated time are asked to contact the resort in advance. Check-out at 10:00 AM. The resort has two floors and no elevators. A US$100 refundable deposit is required at check-in. The resort charges a fee for each phone call made from the unit.
