Hotel units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 2 double beds and 1 bath. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 double bed, 1 sleep sofa and 1 bath. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 double bed, 1 sleep sofa and 1 bath. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 1 sleep sofa and 2 baths. The front desk is located at the main entrance of the resort and is open from 8:30 to 19:00 hrs. Same schedule for tele- phone service. PLEASE NOTIFY THE RESORT IF A LATE ARRIVAL IS ANTICIPATED. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The resort has maid service two times a week. DaXly maid service with an extra charge. Pets are not allowed. All members staying at a Resort in the state of Quintana Roo, will have to pay an additio- nal 2% state/lodging tax.
