Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have one queen murphy bed & a 3/4 bath. One bedroom units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have one queen bed, one queen size murphy bed & one 3/4 bath (shower only). 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have one queen bed in the first bedroom, either one queen bed OR two twin beds in the second bedroom and one queen size murphy bed. There is 1 and 3/4 baths. 2BR units also include a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Units do not have air conditioning. Units have ceiling fans and oscillating fans. Smoking is not allowed in the units. Due to fire codes, occupancy is strictly enforced. Garage and valet parking are both available for an additional fee. No pets allowed. There is on-going city construction next to the resort.
