[updating] Each Sea Mountain unit has a lanai, TV, microwave, VCR, ceiling fans, telephone and a washer/dryer. The units at this resort do NOT have air conditioning. There are additional laundry facilities on-site. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 double murphy bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 murphy bed. The resort is two levels and no elevator. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. No pets allowed. All Hawaii resorts must collect a Transient Accommodations tax which will range between US$15-US$35 per interval confirmed based on unit size. For late check-in, please call 808/928-6200. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Resort cannot upgrade unit size confirmed. The closest gas station is 9 miles away and the closest bank is 6 miles away.
