[updating] All timeshare units at The Summit have A/C, cable TV, a full kitchen with a microwave and a full size washer/dryer. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1.5 baths, 1 king bed, 1 set of bunk beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Resort is now charging US$150 per week deposit at check-in by credit card or money order only. No personal checks. Deposit will be refunded 14-21 days after check-out. To enjoy the area fully, a car is recommended. Note: Spring Break is during intervals 10-14. Resort does not have any sponsored activities. During March and April, resort requires US$500 security deposit by cash or credit card imprint only. Personal checks are not accepted. Anyone checking out after 10:00 AM will be charged a $100.00 late checkout charge.
