Guests MUST contact the prop- erty in advance at 808/669-2002 if arriving outside of this time frame. All units are 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1 queen bed, 1 murphy bed and 1 full bath. The units are approximately 550 sq.ft. with recommended occupancy of no more than 2 adults. The units are not handicapped accessible. Although the property is located on the ocean, there is no smimmable beach on site. The nearest swimming beach is one mile away. No pets are allowed. A car is required to fully enjoy the area and for sightseeing. Parking is limited and restricted to one space per unit confirmed. Occupancy is strictly enforced to 4 people maximum. The property is required to collect the Hawaii State Accommodations tax which is approximately US$20.00 per unit per interval confirmed. There are 3 levels and NO elevator. The check-in area is located in the front lobby next to the ping pong table. No early check-ins.
