They are single-family units, built tree- house style with enclosed stairway access. Each unit has a large screened patio, rooftop sundeck and a garage. Units are accessible by 13 steep stairs, elevators are not available. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, 2 bunk beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. Bicycles and tennis racquets are available for rental. Mini golf equipment, games and books can be borrowed from the resort. Pets are not allowed. The resort offers a very quiet vacation environment in a back-to-nature setting. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. A fax is available (727/789-5482) for guest use at a charge. Check-in between 4 pm and 8 pm on Saturday. NOTIFY THE RESORT IF YOU ANTICIPATE A LATE ARRIVAL. Security deposit required at check-in by credit card.
