[updating] Each unit at Snowater has a full kitchen with a microwave oven, a Jenn-Air(R) range with a grill that has two burners, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The units do not have air-conditioning (portable fans are available), no televisions or telephones. There are three pay telephones on the property. There is no cell phone service in the area. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR with loft units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleep sofa. Units are one level with steps to the lofts. Resort cannot accommodate early arrivals so please plan for this. Please contact the resort in advance if arriving late to arrange for a key and gate pass to be left in the unit. You must then check-in the next day. This resort will take up to a US$100 deposit at check-in for a key deposit. You will need a fishing license to fish. The nearest golf course is a 9- hole course with an 18-hole course about 25 miles away. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THE RESORT.
