Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king or queen bed and a queen sleep sofa. 1BR loft units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1.5 baths, 1 king bed and 2 sleep sofas. 2BR loft units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2.5 baths, 2 king beds and 2 sleep sofas. Recommended adult occupancy of studio unit is 2. No pets are allowed at the resort. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. RV's over 18 feet are not allowed to park on the resort property. Mid week cleaning is available for US$25. Credit card imprint or US$50 deposit is required at check-in. Smoking not allowed in the units.
