[updating] Your air-conditioned unit features a telephone, a television, a full kitchen with washer and dryer, and a screened in porch. Units with 1,2,7,8 have views of the gulf. Units beginning with 3,4,5,6 have a limited view. The resort has two floors and no elevator. There are 14 steps leading to the second floor. Units ending in "A" or "B" are located on the ground floor, "C" or "D" units are located on the second floor. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. Office hours are 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. seven days a week. Contact the resort in advance if you anticipate arriving after 5:00 p.m. to obtain check- in procedures. The resort requires all occupants to be over 23 unless accompanied by a parent. US$250 deposit required (cash, check, or major credit card). Beach towels are not provided. The resort has few organized activities. DUE TO HIGH OCCUPANCY, THE UNIT YOU ARE CONFIRMED INTO IS THE UNIT YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED.
