[updating] Your unit features a partial kitchen with convection/microwave oven and full size refrigerator. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. No conventional oven. Hotel units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath & a murphy bed. Studio units OCC: Max 4/ Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 sleep sofa & 1 murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed & 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 2 double beds & 1 sleep sofa. Units also have hair dryers and ironing boards/irons. The resort was built in 1967 and is a converted motel. The units are VERY small -240 or 470 sq ft. All units have an ocean view, but all are not ocean FRONT. The resort requires all occupants to be over 21 unless accompanied by a parent. THE CHECK-OUT TIME OF 10 AM IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Office hours are Mon-Fri: from 8am-6pm, Sat: 8am-8pm, Sun: 9am-3pm. IF YOU ANTICIPATE A LATE ARRIVAL, CONTACT THE RESORT FOR CHECK-IN PROCEDURES AND RECEIVE THE LOCK BOX NUMBER.
