All even numbered units are on the third floor and accessible only by stairs. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 trundle beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. This resort is located in Summit County, one of the countries highest elevation areas. Oxygen is lower at these higher elevations. A credit card imprint is required upon check-in (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) as your deposit. Check-in is Saturdays from 4-6pm. In case of emergencies, phone: 970/468-8363. A US$100 surcharge is added for late check- outs. Checkout is Saturday at 10:00am. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. Only 1 vehicle per unit and no motorhomes, boats or trailers are allowed. No elevators on site.
