[updating] Your vacation home at Ocean Sands is equipped with air-conditioning, jacuzzi tub, 2 televisions, & VCP. All units have full kitchens & are equipped with a four burner stove top, convection/microwave oven, small refrigerator, blender, coffee maker & cookware. No pets allowed. Units have no balconies. On site masseuse. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 queen bed, 1 full sleep sofa and 1 bath. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 4 have 2 queen beds, 2 sleep sofas & 2 baths. On site parking is limited to one vehicle. No oversized trucks or RVs permitted due to the height of the parking garage. There is a charge for parking in the city lot nearby. US$100 security deposit will be required at check in. Check-in time is after 4pm. There is a mandatory charge of US$1 per day for the in-room safe. A A car is recommended to enjoy the area. RCI Points reservations ONLY: Reservations for stays greater than 1 night MAY re- quire a room change. A housekeeping fee of US$39 will be assessed for each unit occupied.
