Studio OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, partial kit- chen and 1 murphy bed. 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have either partial kitchen, 1 bath, 1 double bed and 1 sleep sofa OR full kit- chen, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, full kitchen, 2 double or queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, full kitchen, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, full kitchen, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. Please notify the resort for late arrival. Office hours: Monday-Sunday (10:00AM-5:00PM). CD$100 security deposit is required at check-in. Pets are NOT allowed. CD$500 penalty for violating the NON-PET policy. There is a CD$50 utilities and facilities fee. Fireplaces are to be used with wood provided by resort. For insurance reasons, the use of any wood other than that which is provided by the resort will result in your eviction from the unit. Smoking is prohibited. Units are not air-condtioned. The resort does not have an elevator.
