[updating] All vacation condominiums at Islander Beach Resort are air-conditioned, have microwave oven and include a televsion with free HBO, a DVD and a VCP. The resort is ocean front property, with 90 of the 114 units facing the ocean. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 or Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath. Studio units have both the living room and sleeping accommodations within the same room. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 or Max 6/Pri 2 have either 1 or 2 baths. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths. All units at Islander Beach Resort have varying bed structures including murphy beds. No pets are allowed. There is lighted guest parking. Security guards patrol the premises at night. A Credit card imprint is required at check-in. Bicycles, mopeds and various water sports equipment can be rented along the beach near the resort. Persons younger than 21 are not permitted to occupy a unit without a parent or guardian present at all times. Unit view not guaranteed. Most Studio units do not have balconies. Upgrades are not possible.
