The studio unit OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 has a 3/4 bath (shower with tub), and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have either a 3/4 bath or 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 bathrooms with showers only, a fireplace, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 bathrooms with showers only, a fireplace, 3 queen beds, and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR Sweetbriar units OCC:Max 8/Pri 6 have 2.5 baths, a fireplace, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Special requests for units must be made in advance. The resort is 3 levels, no elevator. No pets allowed. The resort requires a Mastercard or Visa imprint. Elevations is 6,200 feet which may aggravate certain health conditions. All units are non-smoking. The units are SMALL and have limited storage. There is a $5 per day utility surcharge.
