[updating] The units are designed in a French style and surround a courtyard with lighted fountains. Additionally, each is equipped with air-conditioning, smoke detector, ceiling fan, whirlpool tub (except unit 401, no whirlpool tub) and a microwave oven. Laundry facilities are on-site. Resort has two floors, with no elevators. Odd number units are 1st floor and even numbered units are 2nd floor. All units are 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. Minimum age of registering guest is 21. Resort strictly enforces occupancy. A car is helpful to enjoy the area. No pets are allowed. All units are non-smoking. The resort does not have any handicap accessible units. A credit card imprint is required upon check-in for the unit in the amount of US$250. The balance must be available on the card. The resort will not call to release the hold on the card; the hold will be released in accordance with the member's credit card terms. No debit/bank cards or cash will be accepted.
