[updating] This is a non smoking resort. All condominiums include cable television and full kitchen with microwave oven. 1BR & 2BR units have gas fireplaces. Most units have whirlpool tubs and telephones. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa (RECOMMENDED OCCUPANCY - 2 ADULTS). 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 or 1 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/ Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units with a loft OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 3 baths, 2 queen beds and 2 sleep sofas. Occupancy is enforced! Resort cannot provide upgrades. A US$100 security deposit is required. No pets. Restrictions apply regarding children's use of pool and jacuzzi. Ski seasons vary. Call to verify. Cars with tire chains or 4-wheel drive vehicles with snow tires are required between Nov.1 and May 1. Please be aware that the resort is set at an elevation of 10,000 ft. and has 3 stories. ONLY STUDIOS have elevator access and only a few are handicapped accessible. Medical service available during winter. Shops and restaurants may have limited hours or be closed during blue and/or white seasons.
