Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath and either 2 queen beds or 1 king bed and 1 double sleep sofa. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 king bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 2 queen beds and 1 double sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 king bed and 1 double sleep sofa or 2 queen beds. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 bath and 1 king bed, 2 queen bed and 1 double sleep sofa. The resort charges a damage and phone deposit which will be refunded upon inspection of unit. No pets are allowed. Call the manager at the Charthouse office to arrange for late check-in.
