[updating] All units have a television, VCR, a fire- place and a mini kitchen with dishwasher. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1-2 baths, 2 queen beds and a Murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 2 queen beds and 1 Murphy bed. 2BR units with a loft OCC: Max 8/ Pri 6 have 2 baths, 3 queen beds, and 1 Murphy bed, or 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. (Murphy = queen). The pool, amenities & concessions are open Memorial Day through Labor Day weather permitting. There is a fee for most concessions (i.e. boat rental). Golf open from April 1-Oct 15; Jacuzzi & sauna are open all year. The on-site restaurant is seasonal. No elevators. Pets are not allowed. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. There is a $10 deposit for a gate pass, and a $100 security deposit required at check-in. Mid-week linen exchange. Check-in is between 4-10 pm on scheduled day of arrival.
