Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have one double murphy bed and one full bathroom. 1 Bedroom units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a king bed, a murphy bed and one bath. 2 Bedroom units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have one king bed, two twin beds, one murphy bed and two full baths. 3 Bedroom units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have two king beds, two twin beds, a murphy bed and two full baths. No pets are allowed in the units or on the resort property. All units are designated non-smoking. A car is essential to fully enjoy the area. There are no on-site resort sponsored activities. Resort does not provide daily or mid-week maid service Self serve towel and linen exchange avail- able. Local municipality tax laws require the resort to collect a local occupancy tax.
