[updating] WIVC La Paloma units have a full kitchen with microwave, and a television. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, a double, queen or a king bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, a king bed, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. There are stairs to access some units. The Mexican government charges a weekly occupancy tax. A security deposit is required at check-in. There are no telephones in the units. There are pay telephones near the security gate. Each unit has only one parking space assigned to it. Additional cars must park outside the resort. The Owners Association does not allow motor home trailers, campers or buses into La Paloma.
