[updating] WIVC Casa de la Playa units are air conditioned and have a small kitchen with a microwave, and a television. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, a double or a queen size bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. There are stairs to access some units. No pets are allowed. A security deposit is required upon check in. There is also a weekly Mexican government occupancy tax. The units do not have telephones, there is a telephone at the front desk that you may use with a credit or calling card.
