Some 1 bedrooms only have a shower, and a combination microwave/convection oven. ONLY SOME UNITS HAVE WASHER/DRYERS. There are coin-operated laundry facilities nearby. 2BR units OCC: MAX 8/Priv 8 have 1.7 baths, 2 king beds or 1 king and 2 twin beds, and 2 queen sleep sofas. No pets allowed. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area. Motorcycles must be parked in designated areas. No RV's. Checkin at the Guest Registration Building Blading, skateboarding is not permitted. Occupants must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. The adult must occupy the unit the entire week.
