Hotel units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, a double or queen bed and NO kitchen facilities. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 2 double beds or 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa, and a full kitchen. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 4 double beds or 2 queen beds, a sleep sofa, and a full kitchen. No pets are allowed in units. All units do allow smoking and do not have air conditioning. Having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Shuttle service is available from Denver. There is also a post office and convenience store on-site. There is a nominal fee for use of the athletic club and swimming pool. House- keeping services are available for an additional fee.
