[updating] All units at Village by the Gulf are air-conditioned and have a balcony, a washer/dryer, telephone, television and a microwave oven. There are many steps to each unit. No elevators on the property. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 set of trundle beds. Guests under the age of 25 must be accom- panied by an adult. There is a US$100 security deposit required at check-in, payable by Visa, MasterCard or check. This will be refunded 14 days after check-out. To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended. No pets are allowed at the resort. PLEASE NOTE: Since the resort is across the street from the beach, no beachfront views are available. No handicap facilities are available. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED AT THE RESORT
