OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units (726 sq.ft.) OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. Due to high occupancy, resort is unable to upgrade to a larger unit or a beach front unit if you are not confirmed into that unit. If you plan on arriving after 4:00pm, please phone the resort in advance for check-in procedures. A US$100 security deposit payable in cash or credit card imprint will be due at check-in. The resort requires all occupants must be over age 23 unless accompanied by a parent. The resort has two floors and no elevators. Coin operated laundry facilities on site. Only one parking space is allowed per unit.
