All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 with 1 or 2 baths. (800 bldgs have 1 bath; 600, 700 and 1100 bldgs. have 2 baths). RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES OCCUPANCY LIMITS. No pets are allowed. The resort has 2 floors - no elevators. (Units ending in even numbers are upstairs; odd numbers are downstairs.) ****ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING**** There are fees for use of the golf course and tennis courts.
