All villas are air conditioned and feature telephone, cable TV, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen w/full size range and microwave. 2 Bedroom units are 1,000 square ft with OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 and have 2 baths. 3 Bedroom units are 1,700 square ft with OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 and have 2 baths. 4 Bed- room units are 2,000 square ft with OCC: Max 10/Pri 8 and have 2.5 baths. 5 Bedroom units are 2,000 square ft with OCC: Max 12/Pri 10 and have 3.5 baths. Each unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom with varying bed structures in the remaining bedrooms, plus a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. The person registering the room at check-in must be 21 years of age & have a valid credit card & also a drivers license with photo ID in order to check-in. Security deposit on credit card is US$200. No pets allowed. Your unit is clean upon arrival & 1 free mid-week cleaning is offered. Additional cleanings are US$65/request. Towel exchanges cost US$35/request.
