Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 and Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have either 1.5 or 2 baths, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 queen beds, and 1 sleep sofa. No pets allowed. A car is recommended to enjoy the area. A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in. During Spring Break weeks, the security deposit is US$500. Only one parking space is avail. per unit. If arriving after 8:00 pm, you must retrieve key from the lock box. The combination is 04-14-0. NO RV's, motor homes, campers or trailers are permitted on the property. *Per the Federal Endangered Species Act, NO light is allowed to be seen from the beach from sunset to sunrise to protect nesting of the sea turtles.
