Occupancies are as follows: 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2, Max 4/Pri 4, 1BR with loft Max 6/Pri 6, 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4, Max 6/Pri 6, 2BR with loft Max 8/Pri 8, and 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8. Occupancy levels are strictly enforced. No pets are allowed and there are no handicap accommodations. There are fees for use of some resort amenities. A car is suggested to fully enjoy the area. There is a US$100 security deposit. The office closes at 5pm Mon-Thurs, 7pm Fri-Sun.
