A US$200 security deposit is required and taken by credit card imprint at check-in. If you anticipate a late arrival, please notify the resort in advance. Cribs are available upon request. No pets are allowed. Having a car is recommended to enjoy the area fully. No elevators. The resort is only able to accommodate one boat and one boat trailer per unit. You can spend the day in Key West which is only an hour drive away.
