Sol Vista ski area is typically open December - March; Winter Park from mid November thru mid April. 1BR units OCC: Max 5/Pri 4 have 1 3/4 baths, 1 queen bed and 2 sleep sofas. 1BR units with a loft OCC: Max 9/Pri 6 have 2 3/4 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and 2 sleep sofas. 2BR units OCC: Max 7/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 2 queen beds and 2 sleep sofas. 2BR units with loft OCC: Max 11/Pri 8 have 2 3/4 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds and 2 sleep sofas. There are many steps leading to the units. No elevators. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. No pets are allowed. To fully enjoy the area, having a car is necessary.
