All units have a television, telephone, and include a microwave oven, dishwasher and VCR. There is no restaurant on-site. After hours key box located by office. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. 1BR units with a loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 2 king beds, and 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 king beds and 1 queen sleep sofa. All units have a whirlpool in the master bath. OCCUPANCY LIMITS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. All beds are king size...No twin beds. No pets are allowed on the property. The resort has 2 floors - no elevators. ALL TWO BEDROOM UNITS ARE ON THE SECOND FLOOR. A US$100 deposit (cash or credit card) is required at check-in. There is no trailer parking of any kind at the resort. There are 10 spaces for boat trailers across the street. THERE IS NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE FROM THE HOUSTON AREA TO THE RESORT. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
