Hotel units OCC:Max 2/Pri 2 contain 1 bath & either 2 double beds or 1 king bed. Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed & 1 double sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 and 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed & 1 double sleep sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 king bed & 2 sleep sofas. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 2 king beds & 2 double sleep sofas. IMPORTANT: Units are assigned at check-in. The unit on your confirmation is for resort reference only. A valid credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental charges; no cash or personal checks are accepted. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area -- but is not necessary. Due to limited parking, no RVs or oversized vehicles are permitted. NO PETS are allowed. Maid service (except for kitchens) is provided daily. Guests may check-in any time after 4:00pm. Construction noise at nearby hotels is out of the control of The Carriage House.
