[updating] Each unit features air-conditioning, cable TV, direct dial telephone, in-room safety deposit box and a fully-equipped kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have a 3/4 bath, 1 king bed and a double sleep sofa. Resort collects a US$50 Government Tax. No pets are allowed. Access to units are ground-level or by one flight of stairs. Please notify the resort in-advance of a late check-in. Upon leaving the island there will be a US$30 departure tax charged at the airport. Please note that there is construction on the premises that may generate dust, noise and work crews moving by the resort. This construction will be on going-until April 2007. As of January 1st 2007 all units are non smoking.
