[updating] Each unit at The Beachcomber Condominium Resort has a television with VCP, and mini kitchen with 2-burner stove. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 murphy bed and 1 pull out sofa. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath and varying bed structures including either a queen bed or 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths and varying bed structures including a queen bed and a combination of double beds or pull out sofas. For exact bed structure, guests should contact the resort directly prior to confirming. The resort does not allow pets. The resort requires a refundable deposit for beach tags that is returned at check-out. As with many beach-oriented resorts, the units are small. The units are approxi- mately: Studio 355 sq ft; 1BR 455 sq ft; and 2BR 600 sq ft.
