There are at least 36 steps to the door of units 41, 43, 45 and 47, no elevator. There are a minimum of 20 steps to every other unit. All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 with 2 baths, 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. The units have NO air conditioning. No pets are allowed. Barbecuing is not allowed. All beaches in the area are private beaches. At check-in, the resort provides guests with limited beach passes. Health clubs are located nearby and are open to resort guests for a fee. There is no on-site management at the resort. The check-in location is at 400 Fairview Blvd., Incline Village. Resort utilizes a virtual check in system 24 hours a day. Keys, directions, and general information will be given out automatically. There are limited on-site ammenities. A US$200 card imprint or check is required for a security deposit (Cash is NOT accepted). No resort sponsored activities. A car is recommended to enjoy the area.
