Computer modem located in all units. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed & 1 queen sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds & queen sleep sofa. Local ordinance prohibits occupancy by more than designated number; violaters subject to $100/person/day fine for excess persons in unit and immediate eviction. No pets allowed. One car/unit parking only. Resort has 2 floors, no elevator. A car is recommended to enjoy the area. Check-in begins at 4pm. Resort is open till 6pm Monday thru Friday, 8-11 Saturday and 10-2 Sunday. Please notify resort in advance if arriving late. Resort offers quiet and relaxed environment, limited organized activities. A credit card imprint is required at check-in. Due to local ordinance OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
