[updating] Your air-conditioned unit at Sunrise Beach Club includes a telephone and television. Most 1 and 2 bedroom units have washer/dryers. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, a full kitchen, and a queen bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, a full kitchen, a king bed and a sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, a full kitchen, 2 king beds and a sleep sofa. No pets are allowed at the resort. A US$100 refundable damage deposit is required at the time of check-in. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm Check in is Saturday from 4 pm to 9 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm. Please call resort upon receipt of this confirmation. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. No elevator on site. During March/April, 1 person checking in must be 21 yrs/or older; if 20 or younger, guests must pay US$200 deposit. Please call resort in advance if arriving after 9pm Saturday.
