[updating] All units at SunBay Resort are air- conditioned and have a television. Some units (L300 series) have partial kitchens with a dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator. Other units have full kitchens. Some units also have a fireplace, a washer/dryer and a whirlpool. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/ Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 Murphy bed; or 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have either 1 1/2 or 2 baths, 1 queen or king bed, 1 queen or double bed and a murphy bed or sleep sofa. Unit numbers beginning with an "L" are located in the Lodge. Notify the resort if you anticipate a late arrival. A credit card imprint is required upon checkin. Attractions are closed during the winter. The Hot Springs Athletic Club amenities are available with a fee for some equipment rental. NO PETS ALLOWED. The resort is unable to reassign units at checkin. Guests will occupy unit confirmed by RCI.
